Acrobatics with Savannah, Dulcie, Jasmine, Nikita, Cecilia and Maya is a fun way to learn gymnastics and dance moves to upbeat music. Improve strength, flexibility while learning cartwheels, walkovers, somersaults and walk overs. Team building exercises and achieving new tricks makes this class awesome.

Kora teaches musical theatre which is a form of theatrical performance. The story and emotional content of a musical – humour, love, anger – are communicated through words, music, movement and technical aspects of the entertainment as an integrated whole

Tyra teaches traditional jazz with a taste of modern flavour. We are very passionate about the classic technique, power and clean lines of traditional jazz and we include and are continuing to grow with today’s modern movement, music and styles.

Lyrical dance is a popular dance style, combining ballet and jazz dance that often uses music with lyrics to inspire the movements of the dancer.  

Contemporary dance combines strong, controlled legwork with contract-release, fall and recovery, and improvisation characteristics of modern dance. Unpredictable changes in rhythm, speed, and direction are often used, as well.

Tyra and Tahlia are experienced in teaching all levels of Hip Hop. We enjoy teaching hip-hop dance because of its more laid back style that allows dancers to let loose and worry less about technique and more about expressing themselves through their movement and their music. With more upbeat music, hip-hop dance creates a different level of fun and creativity.

JFH is a style performed by commercial dancers – a stylised combination of Jazz, Funk and Hip Hop! JFH routines are choreographed by Tyra to the latest popular dance hit songs from Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Ciara, Usher, Justin Timberlake and more. The class begins with a strength and technique warm-up followed by a JFH dance routine.
